In Tune Holistic Apothecary is a female-owned and -operated herbal medicinary providing consultation, tinctures, and herbal medicine. When they moved into their lovely new shop on Alberta St. in Portland, they were in need of a sophisticated new identity — and in short order, as the shop was already open for business.
Using the beautiful original artwork of local artist Edward Cameron, I put together a brand for them to reflect the qualities they wanted to express: warmth, approachability, professionalism, and softness without being overtly feminine. Brand elements echo the style of antique apothecary paraphernalia, combined with crisp modern typography and accents.
I used the new identity to create signs, business cards, herb and tincture labels, and more.
